At Exos I was hired as VP and Head of Product to lead a new B2B2C wellness venture that enabled our global team of top-notch coaches and dieticians to deliver personalized preventative care plans right to the mobile devices of thousands of members.

  • Guided the team in achieving product-market fit and generating more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) during the first year after launch.

  • Reporting to the CTO, I led a diverse team of 8 people, including product managers and product designers, to rapidly drive the growth of our business through data-driven experimentation.

  • Played a leadership role in signing major clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Pfizer, PepsiCo, and American Airlines as part of our go-to-market strategy - building a sales pipeline worth over $10 million.

Fern Health

Fern Health helps people better manage chronic MSK pain digitally. Fern’s pain management programs provide best-in-class physical therapy and neuroscience-based health coaching to a patient’s home.

  • Played a key growth role as a founding member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the CEO

  • Assembled and led a team of 6 product managers and designers leveraging data-driven product experimentation methods to successfully develop and launch an mobile-first pain treatment solution.

  • Achieved clinically meaningful results: reducing pain symptoms by 60% and anxiety by 40%, while maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 97. Additionally, we were able to cut health plan costs by 75%.

  • Formed a significant clinical partnership with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).

AbleTo

AbleTo’s mission is to treat the millions of people living with mental health issues and not receiving the care they need and deserve due to cost, social stigma, or lack of access to providers. AbleTo's online platform enables our network of 300 licensed therapists to deliver behavioral therapy programs to patients via voice or video.

  • Led the successful rebuild of AbleTo's behavioral health platform and clinical workflows, enabling our 2000+ therapists to effectively treat twice as many patients without increasing COGS.

  • Formed and oversaw AbleTo's initial product organization consisting of 5 individuals. We introduced contemporary product development methodologies and OKRs, resulting in enhanced efficiency across AbleTo's product technology team of 25.

  • Conducted ethnographic research to uncover insights for a B2B2C brand refresh, leading to a successful rollout that enhanced our market positioning and customer experience.

Lilly

After 2+ years of design exploration at 30,000 feet with their agency of record, the client had an unclear vision. They needed to validate concepts and get into agile delivery mode. As Principal Product Consultant with swedish design agency Veryday, I led a team tasked with launching a digital health coach experience for patients living with chronic arthritis and psoriasis.

  • Led experimentation and iteration of early product concepts using lean startup methodologies including user interviews with over 60 patients and Healthcare Professionals in 5 countries

  • Delivered a globally validated perspective on a successful initial product experience.

  • Delivered a scalable user experience design framework and agile product specifications for the most impactful patient journeys.

Pearson

A Digital Textbook Platform for Classrooms in Emerging Markets

Globally, are incorporating connected devices to bring rich learning experiences into the classroom and provide more opportunities and data to help teachers and administrators measure student progress and success. As a Principal Product Consultant I worked with Pearson to launch a global e-reader platform optimized for emerging markets in Brazil, India and Africa.
